Accepted KYC Documentation

KYC = Know Your Client. In order for us to commence your claim, we need to verify your identification and require: One form of Photo ID and One proof of address. We will also require a selfie photo of you holding your Photo ID.

Photo ID:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Current Signed Passport
• EEA Member State Identity Card
• Residence Permit issued by the Home Office to EEA Nationals
• National Identity Card Bearing a Photograph of Applicant

Proof of Address Documents:

• Full UK Driving Licence (If not already used as Photo ID)
• Bank Statement dated in the last 3 months
• Utility Bill dated in the last 3 months
• Local Authority Council Tax Bill for current tax year
• HMRC Self-Assessment Letter or Tax Demand dated within the current financial year

We can also accept all of these documents if they are Verified by an authorising person such as, an Accountant, Lawyer, Doctor or Post Office which would enable us to not need the Selfie.
